In the renewable energy sector, it’s well-known that using more advanced solar panels with higher wattage increases returns on investment due to greater electricity generation. However, small- and medium-sized businesses often struggle to access these high-quality panels, as manufacturers primarily cater to bulk orders.
Nexco Power, an initiative under Charoen Pokphand Engineering (CPE) — now known as AlterVim — set out to bridge this gap by creating new distribution channels, making it easier for businesses to purchase advanced solar technology without the burden of large order requirements.
By mapping the customer journey and executing targeted marketing plans, Nexco Power not only facilitated access to these panels for smaller businesses but also generated over 10% profit for the company. This initiative played a crucial role in driving business success while accelerating the widespread adoption of renewable energy technologies throughout the market.
